Job summary

Rge is seeking an Electrical Planner to join our team in Indonesia. This role focuses on planning and maintaining electrical machinery, performing adjustments, replacements, calibrations, and tests to ensure smooth production operations.

The ideal candidate will work on-site in Indonesia, coordinating with maintenance teams to upgrade and optimize equipment for reliable performance across production lines.

Responsibilities

• Adjust and align machine parts.
• Replace defective parts of machinery as needed.
• Take apart existing machinery to clear floor space for new machinery.
• Move machinery and equipment.
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components.
• Perform tests and run initial batches to make sure that the machine is running smoothly.
• Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications.
• Set up mechanical machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed).
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
• Test operation of machines periodically.
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
• Maintain activity logs.
