Job summary

DAMAC Digital in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Fit-Out Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver data center internal fit-out works, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance across architectural, MEP, ICT, and critical infrastructure installations.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams to drive quality and timely handovers, supported by a civil/mechanical/electrical engineering background and PMP experience.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of construction experience.
• At least 5 years in data center or mission-critical projects.
• PM certification (PMP) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fit-out activities for data center projects.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate architectural, civil, MEP, ELV, ICT, and contractor activities.
• Ensure fit-out works comply with project specs, codes, and client requirements.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Lead site coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of long-lead materials and equipment.
• Manage quality inspections, snagging, and defect resolution.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, RFIs, NCRs, and change orders.
• Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability.
• Ensure projects meet schedule milestones and client satisfaction.

Job description

The Fit-Out Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the internal fit-out works for data center projects, ensuring all architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), ICT, and critical infrastructure installations are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. The role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• 8-15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years managing data center or mission-critical facility projects.
• Experience with Tier III or Tier IV data center environments is highly desirable.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
