Working with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate civil, structural, MEP, controls/BMS, fire and life safety, security, and fit‑out workstreams. The role requires strong construction planning, contractor management, risk management, documentation control, and issue‑resolution skills in a fast‑paced, high‑dependency environment.
