The Construction Manager will lead the delivery of data center construction projects from site mobilization through commissioning readiness and handover. You will provide hands‑on site leadership, ensuring work is completed safely, to quality standards, within schedule, and in line with project and regulatory requirements.
Working with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate civil, structural, MEP, controls/BMS, fire and life safety, security, and fit‑out workstreams. The role requires strong construction planning, contractor management, risk management, documentation control, and issue‑resolution skills in a fast‑paced, high‑dependency environment.
