Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Firmware & Vulnerability Management Engineer to design, maintain, and secure AI and high-performance computing infrastructure. You will manage firmware baselines across servers, GPUs, NICs, and network devices, assess CVEs, and plan remediation with safe rollout strategies.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to assess technical risk.
Experience with vulnerability management and remediation planning.
Experience reviewing vendor advisories, security bulletins, and release notes.
Familiarity with infrastructure lifecycle management and platform operations.

Responsibilities

Manage firmware, drivers, BIOS, BMC, NIC, storage, networking, and platform software lifecycles.
Assess security vulnerabilities (CVEs) and prioritize remediation.
Evaluate impact of updates on stability, performance, and interoperability.
Develop and maintain compatibility matrices across hardware and software.
Coordinate firmware and patch testing in controlled environments before production.
Design rollback and recovery procedures for upgrades and remediation.
