Job summary

Fuse is building a next-generation Incentivized Fintech ecosystem. We seek a Senior UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end user journey, translate complex reward structures into high-impact UI, and balance compliance with a vibrant consumer app.

You will drive data-informed iterations using A/B tests and analytics to optimize CAC and LTV, while shaping social earning and referral experiences for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UI/UX design with 2+ years in senior/managerial role.
• Experience in Fintech, ecommerce, or loyalty/rewards platforms.
• Proficiency with Figma and analytics tools to inform design decisions.
• Fluent Indonesian and professional English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end user journey design and funnel optimization.
• Translate complex reward structures into simple UI visuals.
• Balance regulatory needs with engaging user experience.
• Use A/B testing and analytics to prove design impact on CAC/LTV.
• Design social earning and referral UX for organic growth.
• Create frictionless, low-friction transaction and KYC flows.
