Job summary

PT BANK NEO COMMERCE Tbk. is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain secure banking software.

You will collaborate with fellow software engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA testers to deliver reliable solutions that meet business needs. The role requires at least 3 years of software engineering experience, familiarity with SDLC, testing practices, and cloud deployment (GCP / Alibaba Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software applications for banking products.

• Analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to improve performance and quality.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to uphold standards.

Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software applications for our banking and financial products.

Collaboration: Work closely with fellow software engineers, mobile engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA testers to deliver exceptional user/partner experiences.

Problem Solving: Analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
