Job summary

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk is seeking an experienced software engineer to help scale and stabilize mission-critical banking platforms. You will design and implement highly available backend systems using Java and, where applicable, Golang, while applying distributed systems concepts to ensure low latency and strong resilience.

You will lead engineering efforts, mentor teams, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet business goals, security, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise within the Java ecosystem; Golang is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record architecting, deploying, and maintaining high-throughput systems.
• Experience designing high-volume, mission-critical platforms with low latency.

Responsibilities

• Improve system scalability, performance, resilience, and availability while establishing engineering standards.
• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance.
• Support testing and deployment of new products and features.
