Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management, Fintech/Lending/Payments focus.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision skills.
• Edge/exception handling and process thinking.

Responsibilities

• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned to the roadmap.
• Leads end-to-end product delivery including intake, release management, and performance reporting.
• Manages end-to-end integration lifecycle with banks, payment gateways, and fintech APIs.
• Develops and communicates a detailed integration roadmap prioritizing partner impact.
• Uses data to monitor integration performance and optimize latency/failures/traffic.
• Ensures platform scalability and compliance with payment regulations and security standards.
