Job summary

PT eMobile Indonesia is seeking an IT System Operations professional to join a fast-paced fintech environment focused on banking and financial services. You will support the implementation and operation of mobile banking applications, collaborating with clients and internal teams to meet requirements.

The role requires a degree in CS/IT, strong Linux and networking basics, and ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science/IT (or related field).
• Fresh graduates welcome; IT experience is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of computer networking; certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with relational databases (RDBMS).
• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to e-Channel Banking or mobile banking is a plus.
• Good English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement mobile banking applications per requirements.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving during implementation and operations.
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients via email, phone, and onsite visits.
• Conduct system or application training based on client needs.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues across different environments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution.
• Provide operational support during project implementation as needed.
