Job summary

PT eMobile Indonesia is seeking an IT System Operations professional to join a fast-paced fintech environment focused on banking and financial services. You will support the implementation and operation of mobile banking applications, collaborating with clients and internal teams to meet requirements.

The role requires a degree in CS/IT, strong Linux and networking basics, and ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science/IT (or related field).
• Fresh graduates welcome; IT experience is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of computer networking; certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with relational databases (RDBMS).
• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to e-Channel Banking or mobile banking is a plus.
• Good English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

As our business continues to expand and our network of business partners grows, we are looking for a dynamic and technically minded individual to join our team as an IT System Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams and clients to implement mobile banking applications according to client requirements.
• Perform application testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving during implementation and operational activities.
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients through email, phone, and onsite visits.
• Conduct system or application training based on client requirements.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues across different IT environments.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and resolution of client issues.
• Provide operational support during project implementation and when required by client or project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum DIII or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant IT experience is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of operating systems, particularly Linux.
• Good understanding of computer networking; networking certifications are an advantage.
• Familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS).
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to e-Channel Banking, mobile banking, or financial services is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts and, when required, extended hours, weekends, or public holidays to support project requirements.
