Lead Development, Product, Network & Security, and Data teams to align with business goals and ensure high availability of IT systems.

The role emphasizes strategy, security, governance, and collaboration with Operations to optimize business processes through technology. Strong leadership and POJK knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead and oversee Development, Product, Network & Security, and Data teams to ensure efficient technology operations and successful project delivery.
• Define and execute the IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure availability, scalability, security, and reliability of applications, infrastructure, and data platforms.
• Partner with Operations to develop technology solutions that improve processes and efficiency.
• Oversee software development, product delivery, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, security standards, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices related to technology and information security.
• Manage IT vendors, budgets, software licensing, and third-party services.
• Establish KPIs and service levels and drive continuous improvement across IT functions.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance business capabilities through innovation.
