Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong background in large-scale distributed systems, architecture, and backend development.
• Proficiency in Java or Golang and understanding of databases, caching, messaging, and high-availability patterns.
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects and collaborating across teams.
• Commitment to engineering quality, production reliability, data consistency, and security.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with cross-team collaboration.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the local Indonesia engineering team, owning people management and delivery quality.
• Design and develop scalable financial product solutions in collaboration with global teams.
• Drive architecture decisions balancing scalability, maintainability and reliability.
• Own engineering quality, production stability, and security for financial transactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, risk, compliance, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Establish and improve engineering practices: design reviews, code reviews, testing, incidents, processes.
