Job summary

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in accounting with 2–3 years' experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 2–3 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports in line with company policies.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely recording of transactions.
• Manage fixed asset records including registration and depreciation.
• Record and review journal entries with high accuracy.
• Maintain balance sheet listings and periodic reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly closing and supporting schedules.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with teams for accurate data.
• Identify opportunities to improve closing timelines and reporting efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks and reporting as required.
