Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities and experience with financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close activities and budgeting/forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage complex financial calculations with high accuracy (management fees, incentive payments).
• Support end-to-end processing of high-volume financial transactions.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for decision-making.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports and month-end close support.
• Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and provide resolutions and recommendations.
• Communicate with international stakeholders to convey financial information clearly.
