Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience in retail, e‑commerce, distribution, logistics, 3PL, FMCG, or high-volume env.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, bank reconciliation, cash flow, closing, and reporting.
• Experience with inventory accounting, COGS, stock reconciliation, inventory costing.
• Familiarity with POS, payment gateway, marketplace settlement, ERP, and warehouse systems.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance activities including AP & AR.
• Review invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents before processing.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage and monitor cash flow and daily fund requirements.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Monitor and reconcile 3PL, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics revenue/billing.
• Review logistics invoices, vendor bills, and operational expenses.
• Monitor revenue and costs related to 3PL services and ensure proper allocation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations teams to validate service transactions and costs.
• Analyze logistics costs and identify discrepancies or cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Support monitoring and reconciliation of inventory value, stock movement, and COGS.
• Reconcile inventory-related transactions between warehouse/ERP and financial records.
