Job summary

Sociolla in Indonesia is seeking a driven FP&A/Accounting professional to support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. The role partners with the FP&A Manager to ensure accurate inputs and timely reports.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of FP&A or accounting experience, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace. You will coordinate across teams to maintain data integrity and drive business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of FP&A or Accounting experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A Manager in budgeting and forecasting by gathering, validating, and maintaining financial inputs.
• Track and maintain financial and operating metrics for daily/weekly/monthly reporting with high data accuracy.
• Investigate performance drivers and flag anomalies for Monthly Business Performance Review preparations.
• Act as business partner for assigned scope.
