Job summary

ElectroMech Indonesia is seeking a senior finance professional to manage overall financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You will lead a small team and establish processes for the Accounts function.

The role focuses on VAT returns, income tax, import documentation, internal controls, and MIS for management reviews, with collaboration with external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage the finance function covering revenue, accounts payable, general accounting, banking and MIS.
• Lead a team of 3–4 members and establish processes, systems and best practices for the Accounts function.
• Prepare, analyse and reconcile financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow and variance analysis.
• Manage VAT monthly returns and payments and Income Tax withholding/annual CIT returns.
• Manage import documentation and clearing processes.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve financial processes and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual MIS for management review and ensure compliance with Accounting Standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required data and clarifications.
• Manage working capital, purchase/vendor-related accounting and banking transactions.
