Job summary

AIA is seeking actuaries to review distribution channel campaign schemes, costs, and channel compensation, supporting forecasting and financial targets.

You will assess risk and financial aspects of agency or bancassurance compensation, ensure testing of new schemes, and coordinate with departments for data and insights presented to EXCO.

• Ensure distribution channel marketing campaign costs and benefits meet the financial targets; propose changes to schemes and terms if needed.
• Perform risk and financial assessment on the proposed Agency or Bancassurance compensation.
• Ensure proper checking and testing of new/updated compensation in system.
• Update channel profitability forecasting regularly and highlight actions to meet targets.
• Liaise with departments to gather data and insights for campaigns and material to EXCO.
• Ensure all deliverables are delivered in timely manner and accurately.

About the Role

Responsible to review distribution channel’s campaign scheme and cost, channel compensation, and provide the update in the channel profitability’s forecasting.

• Ensuring distribution channel’s marketing campaign cost and benefit are acceptable to meet the financial target. Proposing changes of scheme, terms and conditions if needed.
• Perform risk and financial assessment on the proposed Agency or Bancassurance compensation.
• Ensure proper checking and testing of new/updated compensation in system.
• Update the channel profitability’s forecasting on regular basis and highlight potential actions to meet the financial target.
• Liaise with various departments to get data, insight or understanding when assessing campaigns or reviewing finance material to be presented to EXCO.
• Ensure all deliverables are delivered in timely manner and accurately.
