Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an FP&A analyst to lead budget preparation and monthly tracking across departments. You will break down revenue, costs, and variances to deliver actionable insights for management decisions.

The role requires 1+ years in FP&A or related finance functions, strong Excel skills, and the ability to liaise with HQ reports. Full-time, on-site position in Indonesia with sensitivity to confidential data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in finance, accounting or economics.
• 1+ years of FP&A, budgeting or operating calculation experience in automotive financing or related fields.
• Proficient in Indonesian reading and writing; basic English for liaising with HQ reports preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and understanding of Indonesian financial rules and leasing calculations.
• Able to decompose data into actionable business conclusions with cross-department coordination.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company's comprehensive budget management; coordinate annual and quarterly operating budget preparation across departments, track budget execution monthly, analyze revenue/expenditure deviation causes, and output budget variance analysis reports.
• Conduct company operating and profitability analysis; break down revenue, costs, and losses for car loan products, dealer channels, and interest subsidy activities, calculate true profitability of products and channels, and output operating diagnosis conclusions and optimization suggestions.
• Responsible for asset quality financial analysis; monitor overdue assets, bad debt provisions, and disposal recovery data, calculate financial losses from non-performing assets, and provide data support for risk control and post-loan optimization.
• Establish core operating indicator dashboards, regularly output monthly operating analysis reports, accurately reflect operating status such as revenue, expense ratio, and profit margin, and provide basis for management decision-making.
• Responsible for pre-event financial calculation of new projects and marketing activities, evaluate input-output and break-even points. Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts, anticipate fund gaps, cooperate with the fund department on position planning, and assist in completing headquarters financial operating data reporting.

Requirements

• Financial management, accounting, or economics bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in FP&A financial analysis, operating calculation, or budget management in Indonesian automotive financing, consumer financing, or financing lease; experience in financial report liaison with Chinese-funded overseas enterprises preferred.
• Proficient in Indonesian reading and writing; capable of independently writing analysis reports and operating briefings; basic English able to liaise with headquarters English operating reports is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; understanding of Indonesian financial industry asset provision rules and financing lease interest calculation logic.
• Strong logical decomposition ability, capable of converting financial data into business-friendly conclusions; strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills; acceptable periodic overtime during month-end and quarter-end operating report nodes; extremely high data sensitivity.
• Strictly maintain confidential operating data such as operating profit, core costs, and channel profitability; objectively issue analysis conclusions without data manipulation.
• Familiar with full automotive financing business process, headquarters consolidated report liaison experience, and practical experience in overdue provision financial calculation.
