Job summary

UOB Indonesia is seeking a seasoned finance leader to head CPP & Retail Banking Consolidation analytics. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for CPP and consolidation for Retail Banking, delivering robust financial insights to drive strategic decisions.

You will lead a team of finance professionals, collaborate with business heads, ensure compliance with financial policies, and help optimize product profitability across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Master's degree or professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CFA) is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive financial analysis experience in banking/financial services, with leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and channels.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a finance team with mentorship and performance reviews.
• Oversee financial performance analysis for CPP business.
• Develop budgeting and forecasting processes for CPP revenues and expenses.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
• Collaborate with business heads to understand financial needs and provide support.
• Drive cost efficiency and profit improvement for CPP.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning and new product initiatives.
• Continuously improve financial processes and reporting tools.
