Peran ini meliputi pelaporan keuangan yang komprehensif dan tepat waktu, analisis laporan keuangan, serta pencatatan akuntansi yang akurat. Anda juga akan memastikan praktik keuangan antar cabang sesuai PSAK, regulasi bank sentral, dan kebijakan grup. Posisi ini berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat dengan komitmen kerja penuh waktu.

Qualifications

• Menguasai PSAK dan peraturan keuangan
• Kepatuhan pada regulasi bank sentral
• Kepatuhan pada standar akuntansi Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Laporan keuangan yang komprehensif, akurat, dan tepat waktu untuk unit bisnis, manajemen, dan HO
• Analisis laporan keuangan secara menyeluruh
• Pencatatan akuntansi yang akurat dan integritas data keuangan terjaga
• Memastikan praktik akuntansi mengikuti PSAK, regulasi bank sentral, dan kebijakan grup
• Memantau pelaporan dan kepatuhan keuangan antar cabang dan divisi

Job Description

TUJUAN JABATAN (JOB PURPOSE)

• - To assit Finance Head to develop and align divisions policy with group policies.
• - To responsible on to develop Accounting system and Procedure according with PSAK and PAPI
• - To ensure payment are paid according to policy/procedure, accurate and timely manner
• - To coordinate and monitoring timely comprehensive report to Central bank, tax office, management and Singapore office
• - To coordinate and monitoring accounting functions applied according to policy and procedure
• - To plan, to organize and to monitor all department task

TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA (KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES)

• - Financial Reporting
• - To provide comprehensive, accurate and timely financial information to Business unit, Management and HO
• - To provide comprehensive financial reports analysis
• - Financial Accounting:
• - To ensure proper accounting records are being applied as well as the integrity of financial data are in place.
• - To ensure that the day to day process of interbranch and interdivision financial practices are in place.
• - To ensure all accounting functions are properly applied following Indonesian Accounting standards, Central bank regulations, Indonesian Standard Banking practices as well as Groups policy.
