FLIN is hiring for a Financial Reporting & Closing Support role in Jakarta Pusat. The position supports the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and MIS data preparation.

You will own AP/AR processes and assist with lending portfolio accounting, treasury, and tax compliance under the Manager. Candidate should have 1–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and be comfortable with XERO; knowledge of LMS and Metabase is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• CA/CPA are definitely preferable.
• Brevet A/B tax certification is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Assist with monthly close, prepare journal entries, allocations and accruals.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and closing schedules.
• Maintain AP/AR records, aging, and vendor communications in Xero.
• Support lending portfolio accounting and reconciliation with LMS/Metabase.
• Prepare data for MIS, financial statements, and management dashboards.
• Assist with tax filings (PPh, PPN) and tax reconciliations.
