Job summary

PT KOMO ESTETIKA INDONESIA is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Administrator to record and review company transactions, prepare payments, and monitor cash flow. You will support daily finance operations and ensure document completeness for vendors and internal records.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, proficiency in Excel, and strong communication. Independent work and teamwork are required in a fast-paced environment in Jakarta Utara.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
Experience in Finance / Accounting / Finance Administration is a plus.
Understand basic financial recording, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Honest, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities
