Job summary

Ultra Voucher is seeking a Finance Intern to support our finance and tax administration activities in Jakarta. You will assist with transactional processing, reconciliations, and the preparation of key financial reports under supervision.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or fresh graduates with a degree in Accounting or related fields, strong Excel skills, and an eagerness to learn about Indonesian tax regulations and compliance processes within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Taxation.
• Basic understanding of accounting and Indonesian taxation principles.
• Familiar with Coretax is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Accurate, Zahir, Jurnal, or SAP is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, willing to learn, and able to work with deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing financial transactions based on bank statements and supporting documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly closing activities.
• Support the preparation of financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement).
• Assist with tax administration, including PPh 21, PPh Unifikasi, Coretax, and online tax reporting.
• Support the preparation of Annual Corporate Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan Badan) and individual annual income tax returns related to PPh 21.
• Help monitor partner invoices and ensure supporting documents are complete.
• Assist in verifying and processing payments to vendors/partners in accordance with applicable SOPs.
• Maintain and update accounting records in the company's accounting system.
• Support audit preparation and help ensure proper financial documentation and compliance.
• Assist in coordinating with external tax consultants and auditors regarding tax reporting and audit requirements.
