Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting in Indonesia. The role requires Mandarin communication with headquarters and strong collaboration with local management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience, a solid grasp of PSAK and Indonesian tax rules, and excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting practices, taxation, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred for coordination with headquarters.
• Good English communication skills preferred for reporting and collaboration.
• Strong analytical, accurate, and organized working style.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting activities, financial transactions, reconciliations, and monthly closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting documents.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, budget utilization, and payments.
• Analyze project costs and profitability for budgeting and pricing decisions.
• Coordinate financial reports and documentation with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders at headquarters.
• Support internal control procedures and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, tax consultants, and relevant parties as required.
