Job summary

PT Saberindo Pacific is seeking an experienced finance professional to assist the Finance Manager in daily operations, cash flow management, AP/AR and payments. You will monitor billing and collections for projects, track expenses, and support budget utilization while preparing monthly financial reports.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, at least 5 years in finance with 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and strong skills in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in project-based, engineering, construction, or similar industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow, AP/AR, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Manager in managing daily finance operations, cash flow, AP/AR, and payment activities.
• Monitor billing, collection, project expenses, and budget utilization.
• Prepare and review monthly financial and management reports.
