Job summary

PT. Indomak Kitacipta Karya in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations, ensure timely reporting, and maintain strong controls over accounts receivable and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in finance/accounting, incl. 1–2 years supervisory.
• Distributor/trading company background with dealer networks preferred.
• Strong AR, credit limit control, and aging analysis.
• Familiar with SAP/Accurate/Oracle and advanced Excel.
• Working knowledge of Indonesian tax (VAT, WHT 21/23).
• Strong leadership, detail-oriented, deadline-driven.
• Solid cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
• Manage cash flow and perform bank reconciliations
• Supervise AR management: dealer billing per agreed payment terms, aging monitoring, follow-up on overdue accounts, and reconciliation of dealer balances
• Collaborate with Sales on dealer credit limit evaluation and risk assessment
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs; control operational budget (budget vs actual)
• Coordinate tax reporting (VAT, WHT) with tax/accounting team
• Prepare supporting documents for internal/external audits
• Lead, coach, and evaluate performance Finance Staff
• Act as liaison between Finance and other divisions
