Job summary

Qualita Indonesia is seeking a senior finance leader to steer the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in Jakarta. You will oversee performance analysis, risk mitigation, and strategic recommendations to management and BOD.

This role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance or Accounting, 10+ years in finance with 3+ years in management, and strong knowledge of Indonesian tax, reporting standards, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and audit processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a finance team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to present complex financial information clearly to Management & BOD.
• Proficient in financial systems/ERP and advanced Excel.
• Professional certification (e.g., Brevet, CA, CPA) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process.
• Analyze the company's financial performance, including revenue, profitability, cost, cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide early warning and mitigation plans for significant financial risks, cash flow issues, cost overruns, and declining profitability.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
• Provide strategic recommendations and action plans based on financial data and business performance.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial institutions
• Support budgeting and cost-efficiency initiatives across departments
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the Finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
