Job summary

OttoDigital Group in Jakarta is seeking a finance professional to perform bank mutation reconciliations, manage vendor payments, and oversee loan disbursements plus interest settlements. Job description

Perform bank mutation reconciliations within the cash need template, ensuring all revenues and costs are accurately matched and recorded.

Manage and process weekly vendor payment submissions in a timely manner.

Oversee loan disbursements, as well as the calculation and tracking of bank interest and principal payments.

Handle time deposit placements, disbursements, interest accruals, and verify accuracy against physical deposit certificates (bilyet).

Keep bank balances updated accurately across accounting systems.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply. Prior experience in a Finance role is strongly preferred.

Sound understanding of financial journaling and basic tax regulations.

Familiarity with accounting systems and financial management principles.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
