Glints is seeking a Financial Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join a global tire manufacturer client in Indonesia. You will ensure compliance with national accounting regulations, support general ledger activities, and drive improvements in manufacturing finance processes.

Requirements include a finance degree with GPA 3.00, age up to 35, fluency in English and Mandarin, and manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Finance-related degree with GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Willing to relocate to Vietnam or China for MT program.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Apply financial software and ensure compliance with national regulations.
• Participate in rotations across general ledger, funds management, taxation, cost control and financial analysis.
• Assist leadership with key management tasks as needed.
