Bisatumbuh in Tangerang seeks a Finance professional to monitor and manage cash flow, AR/AP, and vendor payments. You will perform reconciliations, coordinate with internal teams, and support monthly closing to ensure data accuracy.

An ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, with at least 2 years in finance. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and ERP systems like Mekari Jurnal, Accurate or SAP is preferred, along with attention to detail and proactive communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, AR/AP, Treasury, or related roles.
• Solid understanding of AR/AP, cash flow, reconciliation, invoicing, and payment administration.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage company cash flow, including daily cash in and cash out.
• Handle AR processes: invoice checking, client billing, collections, and payment monitoring.
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Handle AP processes: vendor invoices, payment scheduling, and execution.
• Maintain on-time vendor payments with proper verification and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to validate purchasing, reimbursements, and expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records and transactions.
• Monitor marketplace settlements across platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia).
• Prepare cash flow updates, AR/AP aging reports, and finance operation reports.
• Support monthly closing with complete invoices, receipts, and payment records.
