Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) Directorate. You will deliver financial reports, conduct cost analyses, and monitor spending against budgets to identify variances and opportunities for cost optimization.

You will ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies, perform CapEx cost analyses, and collaborate with real estate, procurement, and facility teams to support due diligence in property transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or real estate financial management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Understanding of real estate finance, lease accounting (IFRS 16), and facility management costs.
• Proficiency with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or similar tools) and strong Excel-based financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for presenting financial data.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing financial business partnering support to the CREM Directorate.
• Support strategic decision-making by delivering financial reports and cost analysis.
• Monitor actual spending versus budget, highlighting variances and cost optimization opportunities.
• Ensure real estate financial transactions comply with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.
• Conduct cost analysis on property rentals, maintenance expenses, and CapEx.
• Track and optimize facility management costs and allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with real estate, procurement, and facility management for financial due diligence in property transactions.
