Job summary

Eezee, a fast-growing Singaporean B2B company, is seeking a Finance Assistant Manager to oversee daily finance operations in Batam, Indonesia. You will supervise the finance team, ensure accuracy in the record-to-report cycle, and drive improvements in internal controls and processes.

The role reports to the Finance Manager/CFO and requires at least 3 years in finance ops within trading, plus 1 year in people leadership. On-site in Batam with growth opportunities within Eezee’s finance function.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of finance operations experience within a trading company.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience directly managing people.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (or related field).
• Willing to be based in Batam, Indonesia — on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team’s execution of financial operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain the Record-to-Report cycle, ensuring accurate financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.
• Prepare, analyse, and present timely and accurate financial reports and statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Coordinate with HR for payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise and develop junior finance team members.
