Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
Proficient with Xero and Coretax.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the Finance team and ensure timely execution of daily financial operations and payment runs.
Oversee AP, AR and treasury activities with proper review and documentation.
Monitor incoming funds, record receipts, and reconcile client accounts.
Oversee client invoicing and receivables follow-up.
Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation.
Coordinate tax documentation (WHT, VAT) and filing with Accounting.
Prepare cash position, planning and status reports ensuring internal controls.
