Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Lombok, Indonesia, is seeking a non-management Finance & Accounting professional to support daily financial operations, ensure accurate postings, and maintain orderly records.

You will perform period-end closings, audit cash flows, coordinate with banking partners, and assist with internal and external audits while upholding SOPs and confidentiality.

The role requires attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to work closely with hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
• Audit cashier banks periodically according to SOPs and maintain petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts.
• Act as liaison between property and armored car service or primary banking institution.
• Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audit processes and ensure SOP compliance.
