Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Finance team and ensure timely execution of daily financial operations and payment runs.
• Oversee AP, AR and treasury activities with proper review and documentation.
• Monitor incoming funds, record receipts, and reconcile client accounts.
• Oversee client invoicing and receivables follow-up.
• Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation.
• Coordinate tax documentation (WHT, VAT) and filing with Accounting.
• Prepare cash position, planning and status reports ensuring internal controls.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance professional to coordinate daily finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments, proper tracking and documentation of incoming funds, and effective management of AP, AR and treasury activities in compliance with accounting and tax requirements.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the Finance team and ensure smooth, timely execution of daily financial operations and payment runs.

Oversee AP, AR and treasury activities, ensuring transactions are properly reviewed, processed and documented.

Monitor incoming funds and ensure all receipts are accurately recorded, traced and reconciled to the relevant client accounts.

Oversee client invoicing, receivables monitoring and timely follow-up of outstanding balances.

Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and maintain clear supporting documentation for all transactions.

Coordinate WHT, VAT and other tax documentation and submissions with the Accounting and Tax teams.

Prepare regular cash position, planning, AR and payment status reports and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.

Experience using accounting software (preferably Xero) and the Coretax system is an advantage.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
