Job summary

PT. Leman Lombok Development is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Staff to oversee daily financial transactions, AP/AR, and project cost control in our Lombok office. The role requires experience in contractor or developer operations and a strong command of Excel.

You will prepare monthly financial reports (P&L and basic Balance Sheet), assist with purchasing, inventory management, and submit daily, monthly, and annual tax filings while supporting multi-unit operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contractor or developer operations preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Experience handling multi-unit operations is a plus.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss and basic Balance Sheet).
• Monitor and control operational and project costs.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Support inventory and stock management.
• Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual tax reports.
• Assist with purchasing and procurement requests.
