Odoo in BSD City, Tangerang is seeking a finance-oriented intern to join the Document Management, Accounts Receivable, and Tax Compliance teams. You will work hands-on in office, supporting daily invoicing, tax documentation, and journal entries while learning Odoo’s accounting suite.

You will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, mentorship from finance experts, and practical experience in a fast-moving tech environment, with opportunities to contribute ideas for workflow

Competenze

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Finance or Accounting.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willingness to learn Odoo Accounting App.
• Strong ability to communicate across departments.
• Comfortable with administrative tasks.

Mansioni

• Verify withholding tax receipts and create corresponding journal entries.
• Process hardcopy/invoice requests, arrange signings, and track deliveries.
• Support sales invoice processing by validating client information and trackers.
• Retrieve daily tax invoices and ensure linkage to invoice logs.
• Assist in gathering documents for tax audits and audits.
