Job summary

Monee in Jakarta is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to conduct daily reconciliation of VA and Convenience store transactions, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, maintain SLAs, participate in weekly alignments, and propose initiatives to improve day-to-day efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and essential formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy; comfortable with reconciliation processes.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic English proficiency (written and spoken); eager to learn in fintech/banking contexts.
