Job summary

OttoDigital di Jakarta Selatan sedang mencari profesional Akuntansi berpengalaman untuk mengelola laporan keuangan bulanan, kuartalan, dan tahunan, serta rekonsiliasi buku besar.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan analitis, keahlian Excel tingkat lanjut, dan pengalaman ERP (SAP/Oracle). Lokasi kerja on-site di Jakarta Selatan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or treasury operations.
• Prior experience in mining, gold, commodities, trading, or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, financial reporting, cost control, and tax compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, vlookup, financial modeling).
• Hands‑on experience with ERP / Accounting Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or QuickBooks).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, manage general ledger, and reconcile accounts.
• Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, and cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and handle bank transactions.
• Implement cost-control mechanisms and monitor department expenses.
• Reconcile gold inventory, stock movement, and high-value commodity transactions.
• Ensure tax compliance and support internal and external audits.
• Execute internal controls to safeguard assets and manage financial risks.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, manage general ledger entries, and perform account reconciliations.

• Assist in building operational budgets, conducting variance analysis, financial forecasting, and identifying cost-efficiency opportunities.

• Monitor daily cash flow movements, optimize working capital, and handle corporate bank transactions and liquidity planning.

• Implement effective cost‑control mechanisms, monitor department operational expenses, and ensure compliance with internal budgets.

• Perform routine reconciliations for gold inventory, stock movement, and high‑value commodity transactions.

• Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and statutory accounting standards; prepare and support internal and external audit processes.

• Execute internal financial controls to safeguard company assets, identify financial risks, and ensure process integrity.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
