Job summary

WonderMind in Jakarta is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage the company’s daily bank transactions, ensure accurate processing, recording, and reconciliation. You will monitor payments including tuition and course fees, prepare cash flow reports, and support month-end closing with the Finance Manager and accounting team.

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential to handle large volumes of data.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, cashiering, treasury, or related role.
• Familiar with online banking, bank payments, and transaction management.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling large volumes of financial data.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and analytical skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to identify and resolve payment discrepancies or unidentified transactions.
• Good communication and coordination with Finance, HR, Administration, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily bank accounts and verify incoming payments, including tuition and course payments.
• Process approved bank payments and verify payment details, beneficiaries, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all bank transactions, expenses, and cash flow.
• Reconcile bank transactions and ensure all payments are properly supported and traceable.
• Prepare monthly cash flow and cash receipts/payment reports.
• Maintain organized financial documents, including bank statements, payment requests, invoices, and payment confirmations.
• Assist the Finance Manager and accounting team with bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
• Follow company financial policies and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

About you
