Black Owl Indonesia, established in 2018, is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional in Jakarta to manage daily cash balances, cash flow projections, and banking activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and 1–2 years of experience.

You will support budgeting, financial reporting, and collate data for audits, working with AP/AR and operations to ensure accuracy under deadlines. Based at the Head Office in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, or related position.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial reporting and data analysis.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily cash and bank balances to ensure sufficient funds.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow projections (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Handle banking activities including transfers and internet banking coordination.
• Monitor fund allocation between company bank accounts.
• Support budgeting and actual cash utilization and reporting.
• Coordinate with AP, AR, Accounting, Cost Control, and operations.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and data validation for accounting.

Job Description

• Monitor daily cash and bank balances to ensure sufficient funds are available for company operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow monitoring and projections.
• Handle banking activities, including fund transfers, bank transactions, internet banking administration, and coordination with banking partners.
• Monitor and manage fund allocation between company bank accounts based on operational requirements.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of company budgets and actual cash utilization.
• Prepare regular finance reports related to cash position, fund movement, cash flow, and other financial activities.
• Coordinate with AP, AR, Accounting, Cost Control, and operational departments regarding financial transactions and supporting data.
• Assist in bank reconciliation by providing and validating transaction data required by the Accounting team.
• Support financial analysis, audit requirements, and other finance related activities as required by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Finance General, or a related position.
• Good understanding of cash flow management, banking transactions, budgeting, and general financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas commonly used for financial reporting and data analysis.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and administrative skills.
• Detail oriented and able to maintain accuracy when handling financial transactions and documentation.
• High level of integrity and responsibility when handling confidential financial information and company funds.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal departments and external banking partners.
• Able to work with deadlines and manage multiple financial activities simultaneously.
• Experience in the F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi outlet industry will be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta.
