Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly P&L statements, cash flow reports, and financial summaries for each outlet.
• Monitor food costs, beverage costs, labor costs, operating expenses, and overall profitability.
• Develop budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities to improve margins.
• Supervise daily sales reconciliation, cash handling, bank transactions, and payment accuracy.
• Work closely with purchasing and operations to control supplier costs, stock discrepancies, and wastage.
• Oversee supplier payments, invoices, receivables, and outstanding balances.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and proper financial documentation under Indonesian regulations.
• Supervise the finance and accounting team and establish clear financial procedures across all three brands.

Key responsibilities
