Job summary

Nityo Infotech Indonesia is seeking a Finance MIS & Costing Manager for Manufacturing to lead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial and MIS reports that support management decision-making. You will own annual budgeting and monthly business planning, monitor performance against plans, and present management reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.

The role requires 15 years of experience in manufacturing-related finance, expertise in MIS and costing, and strong Excel and ERP/MIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, Finance/Accounting, MIS, Costing, or Business Planning.
• Strong knowledge of MIS, Financial & Management Accounting, Costing, Budgeting, and Variance Analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production costing, raw material consumption, and inventory valuation.
• Proven experience in preparing management reports, business plans, budgets, and presentations for senior management.
• Knowledge of taxation, Transfer Pricing documentation, and internal control/J-SOX is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP/MIS systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and diverse teams.
• Adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly Financial and Technical MIS reports to support management decision-making.

• Analyze Cost of Production (Costing) and identify key cost drivers, variances, and opportunities for cost improvement.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis covering raw materials, production, sales realization, quality/gradation, and waste against business plans.
• Monitor and analyze raw material and production Input-Output reconciliation, inventory valuation, and stock movements.
• Analyze S&S consumption and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) variances, and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of MIS data through effective coordination with Finance, Accounting, Production, Sales, and other relevant departments.
• Support ERP/MIS implementation and migration projects, including system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
• Support management on special projects, regulatory requirements, Anti-Dumping investigations, and other business analysis as required.
