Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the accounting and controlling functions in a manufacturing FMCG environment. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control, tax compliance, audits, and cross-functional partnering across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, 8+ years in finance with 5+ in management, strong Excel skills, Brevet A & B, fluent English, and a proven track record of

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in manufacturing, FMCG, or food & beverage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, auditing, budgeting, cash flow, and regulatory compliance.
  • Brevet A & B Tax Certification is required.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial reports, and management reporting.
  • Analyse sales, profitability, gross margin, and business performance, lead commercial finance, and business partnering activities.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor standard costing, inventory, and manufacturing cost variances.
  • Drive cost optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and corporate governance.
  • Oversee Indonesian tax compliance, including the timely review and submission of monthly and annual tax filings (VAT/PPN, Withholding Tax/PPh, Corporate Income Tax, and other statutory tax obligations).
  • Liaise with external tax consultants, auditors, and the Indonesian Tax Office (DJP) on tax compliance, audits, tax disputes, and regulatory matters.
  • Manage external and internal audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve business performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while driving process improvements and automation.

Job description
