Job summary

Jobtailor in Indonesia is recruiting a Finance Manager to lead accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. You will ensure IFRS/PSAK compliance, perform variance analysis, and drive cost management across manufacturing operations.

The role requires 5+ years in financial leadership within manufacturing or international environments, with Tax brevet A/B/C and PSAK certifications and strong English proficiency. Singapore/Indonesia exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Tax Brevet A, B, C and PSAK certification are required.
• Minimum 5 years in finance in a managerial role within manufacturing or international company.
• Experience preparing and analyzing IFRS and PSAK-based reports.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial activities: accounting, reporting, budgeting, internal controls.
• Ensure processes meet standards and support productivity plans aligned with strategy.
• Prepare and improve reports under IFRS, PSAK and company needs.
• Analyze reporting variances and identify root causes.
• Oversee product costing and variances for materials, labor, overhead.
• Monitor inventory valuation to optimize production costs.
• Develop accurate, efficient financial reporting processes.
• Provide deep-dive analyses of performance vs targets.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and transfer pricing docs.
• Manage cash flow, banking relations, and hedging where applicable.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and intercompany reporting.
• Provide insights for CAPEX evaluations and operations improvement.
• Manage assets and support forecasting for losses or investments.

• Manage all financial activities, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls


• Ensure financial processes meet standard requirements and support the productivity development plan aligned with company vision, mission, and strategies


• Prepare, present, and improve financial reports in accordance with IFRS, PSAK, and company needs


• Analyze reporting differences or discrepancies and identify their causes


• Oversee product costing and analyze manufacturing variances for material, labor, and overhead


• Monitor inventory valuation to optimize production costs


• Develop accurate, effective, and efficient financial reporting processes


• Provide deep-dive analysis of financial performance versus targets


• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and transfer pricing documentation


• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and hedging strategies when applicable


• Analyze tax reports and propose preventive actions


• Coordinate internal and external financial audits


• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting packages to Global Headquarters


• Provide financial insights for CAPEX evaluations and operational improvement projects


• Manage company assets and support loss or investment forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance


• Tax Brevet A, B, C, and PSAK certification


• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance in a managerial position within a manufacturing environment or international company


• Experienced in preparing and analyzing international financial reports in compliance with IFRS and local standards (PSAK)


• Fluent in English (written and speaking)
