Job summary

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021, operating across Indonesia with Singapore registrations and a growing regional footprint.

We seek a Senior Accountant to manage a full set of accounts, cashbook, supplier invoices, cashflow forecasting, month-end accruals, fixed assets, audit schedules, and ad-hoc tasks. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience, fluent English, and strong leadership and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics or accounting or equivalent
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably from Big 4, startup, and multinational
• Fluent in English is a must
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, tax and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Financial Statements and full set of accounts
• Maintain cash book records and reconcile bank accounts
• Record and reconcile supplier invoices and payments on accounting software
• Cashflow forecasting
• Prepare accruals and prepayments for month end
• Fixed asset register maintenance
• Prepare audit schedules and reports
• Ad-hoc assignments

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree of Business/ Economics/ Accounting and/or equivalent professional qualification
• Ideally between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from Big 4, startup, and multinational company
• Fluent in English is a MUST
• Recognised team leader with good interpersonal skills
• Proactive in problem-solving and client management
• Meticulous and detailed
• Good knowledge and understanding of company compliance requirements on finance, accounting, tax, Companies Act, Accounting is a definite advantage
