Job summary

Talent Insider seeks an Accounting & Reporting Manager in Jakarta to lead accounting processes, journals, reporting, and analysis, ensuring financial health and regulatory compliance. You will mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals, foster a collaborative and results‑oriented environment, and drive continuous improvement across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required or equivalent.
• CA/CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience; Big4 background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS17 and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership and team management skills are essential.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems is required.
