Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Finance department in our retail group. You will establish and enforce policies, streamline billing and collections, and supervise the monthly close processes.

Responsibilities require strong cash flow management, credit assessment, and compliance with evolving regulations. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 7+ years in retail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or finance.
• At least 7 years of experience in retail business.
• Experience with billing, collections, and month-end close.
• Ability to navigate government regulations and competition.

Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Finance department: create, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls; streamline the billing and collection process and cash application functions for the company.
• Monitor aging balances and cash flow.
• Manage monthly Finance closing process including reconciliation of sub-ledger to GL and prepare month-end schedules, revenue report, and reconciliation to GL and metrics used for internal reporting.
• Review with management creditworthiness decisions on marginal credit approvals and slow-paying accounts.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 7 years (s) of working experience in retail business
• Possess a finance strategic approach to deal with outside competition.
• Empathy for the various parties in a deal and an ability to adapt to fast-changing processes regarding the company or government regulations.
