Job summary

PT AGCC AITECH INDONESIA is seeking a Finance Officer to support engineering, infrastructure, and data center development projects. The role covers daily accounting, budgeting, cost control, AP/AR, cash flow, tax support, and financial reporting. On-site in Cikarang, Bekasi with occasional Jakarta visits.

Strong Mandarin and English are preferred for cross-border coordination. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in accounting or finance with 3+ years’ experience in project-based finance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and payment administration.
• Project-based financial management and construction contracts experience is a plus.
• Indonesian tax knowledge (VAT and PPh) preferred.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations including invoicing, payments, and expense monitoring.
• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and project cost control for engineering projects.
• Review contracts and commercial terms from a financial perspective and ensure timely billing.
• Support monthly/annual closing, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and external auditors on compliance and documentation.
